We know how it feels like to anxiously wait for a package, how it puts a smile on our face when something is better than pictured online, or how disappointed we are when that item came damaged or incorrect.
Our shipments are carefully checked before leaving our office but if in the instance you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the guidelines below.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
All purchsed items are non-refundable but you may return and exchange them.
1. Item/s for return & exchange must be done within 3 days after receipt. No exchange for SALE items unless it is damaged.
2. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your request. We will email you the process on how to return/exchange the item.
3. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Return your item/s in the original packaging. The items should still be received in good condition. Kindly send it back to us and note your request for size or style exchange.
Depending on the availability of products, we will exchange or replace item/s of equal value only. If you do not like any of the available items to be returned, you can opt for a store credit valid for one year.
Please allow 7-14 days for us to receive and process your return.
